ADE RD3-006 Green Dot Sight with Mounting Plates for Taurus Pistols
This package includes the ADE RD3-006 Green Dot reflex sight, a Picatinny mounting plate, and a pistol optic mounting plate designed to replace the rear sight on the following Taurus models:

The optic plate also fits Taurus G3 with the original rear sight (see photo).
Note: This plate does NOT fit the newer Taurus TX22C (TX22 Compact), which is optics-ready. For TX22C, please see ADE models RD3-018 Spike, RD3-021 Nuwa (and Nuwa Pro), and RD3-030 Apollo, which fit directly without an adapter plate.
Updated Design
Based on customer feedback, the new production mounting plate now features a 45-degree beveled edge for easy slide-in installation into the dovetail slot — no filing required, unlike the older 90-degree edge plates.
The pistol plate does not fit the Taurus G3 with newer factory steel sights or the G3C model. For those, please search for the ADE G3C mounting plate on Amazon.

Picatinny mounting plate is pre-assembled or packaged separately depending on the model. Use the included allen wrench to remove the two M3x6mm hex screws behind the glass to detach the red dot from the picatinny mount and attach it to other handgun mounting plates.

Disassembling the pistol slide to access the screw hole underneath
Professional gunsmith experience is highly recommended. Improper installation (such as incorrect torque) may result in loose screws, loss of zero, damage to the firearm or optic, and potential personal injury.
