All orders ship from Portland, Oregon, USA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Most standard shipments typically arrive within approximately one week depending on destination and carrier service.

Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased directly from ADE Advanced Optics.
30-Day Return Window
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in new condition for a full refund.
A 25% restocking fee may apply if the returned item:
- Is not in original condition
- Shows signs of installation or use
- Has scratches, marks, or damage
- Is missing accessories, hardware, screws, tools, instructions, batteries, or packaging
60-Day Return Window
Most new and unopened items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be unmodified
- Include original packaging
- Include all original components and accessories
Return Shipping Policy
We will cover return shipping costs only within the first 30 days if the return is due to our error, including:
- Incorrect item received
- Missing parts
- Defective product
Due to our manufacturer-direct low pricing, we do not cover return shipping costs for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Compatibility issues
- “Item does not fit”
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
After 30 days from delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of the reason for return.
Important Notes for Optic Mounts & Rings
Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be issued for eligible optic mounts and rings if the item:
- Has not been installed
- Has not been modified
- Has no marks, scratches, ring marks, or threadlocker residue
We cannot accept returns on mounts or rings that show:
- Loctite or threadlocker residue
- Ring clamp marks
- Tool marks
- Installation damage
Missing Components
Original packaging is not required for optic mounts or rings; however, all original parts must be returned. If components are missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Return Refusal Policy
ADE Advanced Optics reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if we determine that:
- The item has been physically damaged due to misuse, improper installation, abuse, or human error
- The product has been modified or tampered with
- The return request is unreasonable or inconsistent with our return policy
- The returned item does not match the original order
Returned items that do not qualify for refund or exchange may be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after the returned package has been received and inspected by our returns department.
Please allow additional time for:
- Shipping transit time (typically 5–10 business days)
- Return inspection and processing (3–5 business days)
- Bank or credit card processing (5–10 business days)
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
